I worked with Jackie specifically, but setting up my internet has been an AMAZING experience. Moving to a new area, I work remotely so I was trying to get my internet set up as soon as possible. I didn't know that there needed to be construction phases and such, so I was worried about having Internet on time and Jackie pulled some strings and did what she could to get my Internet set up as soon as possible.
I called to get help changing my invoices to email and Kayla was awesome! Great customer service.
Kyle was excellent at helping me get a new phone and accessories. He was very professional and knowledgeable but also relatable and efficient. If I ever need anything again I will be asking for him. You should be so proud to have him as your employee!
We worked with Kyle W. He was patient, very knowledgeable and effective with our transition to a new iPhone. He did a great job of getting everything arranged with our cell plan and then making sure the new iPhone was activated correctly. We were very happy with his service!
