We bought a house in the country on June 1st last year. It was a total remodel, I'm still working on it. We had to drive to the top of the hill to get cell service. First thing, check reviews on local providers. I almost didn't go with WIN because of past reviews. But they also were the best option. I called WIN and Kayla answered. Jackie went above and beyond to help make our internet provider switch easy. She knew every detail about how the system worked and the installation process. She also followed up with a phone conversation with details and date for installation. Great customer service.
I worked with Jackie specifically, but setting up my internet has been an AMAZING experience. Moving to a new area, I work remotely so I was trying to get my internet set up as soon as possible. I didn't know that there needed to be construction phases and such, so I was worried about having Internet on time and Jackie pulled some strings and did what she could to get my Internet set up as soon as possible.
Amazing customer service! Saniyah was so knowledgeable and very, very patient with me. Friendly smile and so much charisma! If I ever need a new phone or accessories she is going to be my GO TO gal. That's who you need to ask for if you want 100% excellent care.
