Amazing customer service! Saniyah was so knowledgeable and very, very patient with me. Friendly smile and so much charisma! If I ever need a new phone or accessories she is going to be my GO TO gal. That's who you need to ask for if you want 100% excellent care.

I give them the two stars only because they're available in this place that is pretty desolate. If I could get any other provider I would. Just got off the phone because I have no internet, and I may get it fixed tomorrow. I may also get charged if they determine it's not their equipment that's the problem. Mind you like most places, I won't get refunded for no service. And this was after I was forced to go from wireless to underground cable. I worked with Jackie specifically, but setting up my internet has been an AMAZING experience. Moving to a new area, I work remotely so I was trying to get my internet set up as soon as possible. I didn't know that there needed to be construction phases and such, so I was worried about having Internet on time and Jackie pulled some strings and did what she could to get my Internet set up as soon as possible.

We worked with Kyle W. He was patient, very knowledgeable and effective with our transition to a new iPhone. He did a great job of getting everything arranged with our cell plan and then making sure the new iPhone was activated correctly. We were very happy with his service!
