Lovely way to spend my 30th birthday! Thank you to the Woodhouse staff for making my day so special! Specifically, I'd like to shoutout my massage therapist, Erica! I'm a people person who enjoys human connection. I really enjoyed her infectious and kind energy during my massage. Wish I could've spent more time!
I came yesterday @11 with a 2 others. I had Mr.Evan and he didn’t make my massage enjoyable and he was standoff ish, passive aggressive, seemed aggravated, I understand my phone went off but you don’t have to say in a aggravated “could you just turn it off”. When I would ask for more or less pressure he would be silent and just do it instead of Acknowledging my request to know that we’re communicating. Totally dissatisfied with this experience. My boyfriend and I visited Woodhouse for the first time and each received two services each a 50-minute Swedish Body Balance Massage and a 50-minute WH Signature Classic HydraFacial. We arrived over 30 minutes early to relax a bit. First off, the front desk staff felt a bit unwelcoming. We were quickly ushered back and shown the locker area. The Woodhouse Spa is exceptional and Natalia is in a class of her own! That massage was phenomenal! Complete recalibration of your entire body and nervous system. She understands pressure intuitively, adjusts techniques without you having to say a word, and creates a level of comfort and trust that is incredibly rare. Every move felt thoughtful and masterful. My entire experience was perfect . That’s the kind of result you tell friends about because it feels that exceptional.
From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in a high class and very elegant establishment. Every little detail was thought out and the experience was over the top. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. everyone there was super nice and friendly.
