I had Mr.Evan and he didn’t make my massage enjoyable and he was standoff ish, passive aggressive, seemed aggravated, I understand my phone went off but you don’t have to say in a aggravated “could you just turn it off”. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in a high class and very elegant establishment. Every little detail was thought out and the experience was over the top. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. everyone there was super nice and friendly.
Got a scrub and a foot reflexology. Paid over $300 with tip... very mediocre. The scrub itself felt like something I could do myself in the shower. If I'm paying for a scrub, I expect to be scrubbed. Not lightly rubbed with a fine sand. The woman who did the service was lovely and pleasant, but I think the company needs to change how they do the scrubs because this was not it. I had the Himalayan Hot Stone Massage with Natalia - she was incredible and made me feel so comfortable. The private events room is an amazing experience; the whole team is very attentive. I would highly recommend whether it’s for a special occasion or just to treat yourself!
