"A Great Place to Buy a New Car" I had the opportunity to buy a second car from Ferman Buick-GMC. As with my first purchase three years ago, I considered this recent car buying experience to be superb. The sales team was responsive and pricing was very fair. The entire process was efficient and pain free. The finance process was seamless, and I was able to get finish my purchase far faster than I expected. I will most definitely consider Ferman Buick-GMC first for my next vehicle purchase.

"Service " Service was great. Work performed in body shop was good, but not great. Paint work on main surfaces look good, but not on edges. Fit of new parts is not great.

"A bit confused do to some sort of communication breakdown" When I watched other customers bring their vehicles in after me and get serviced first, I realized something isn't right. I had an appointment, guess there was a mix up on the service writers end. When I spoke up, they figured it out and took care of my vehicle promptly.

"Oil change " This was my first service visit with Ferman Buick GMC...I could not have a better service with Troy. He was not only helpful but made me feel welcome and cared for....he made sure I had my oil changed even when booked by working me in on another date that worked perfectly! I am new to the Buick Family but I am happy to know that I do not only love my car but the service I have received. Thank you Troy!
