"Friendly, Professional and courteous " I did not choose Ferman Collision, I was sent there by Geico. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was greeted promptly, checked in, and provided the rental. Ferman kept me informed daily, and when it was done, it was done right. 5 STARS FOR FERMAN.

"Excellent online sales" Ferman Buick-GMC was incredible. They helped me purchase the perfect truck while I was thousands of miles away in Afghanistan. I needed a vehicle when I returned to Tampa and they were there to help me the entire way. I literally was able to go straight from the airport to Ferman where the staff was waiting to assist and send me on my way with my new truck. They made a stressful process so simple and stress free. "Good Customer Service" The level of customer service I received was excellent. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that I scheduled and appointment ahead of time and let them know that I would be waiting during my service, but just an oil change took 2 hours. I was told it would be an hour. Had I known it would take that long, I wold have made arrangements to be picked up instead of waiting at the dealership.
