"5th Time a Charm" This is the 5th vehicle I've leased from Ferman and each experience has gotten better! Barry Brooks is the best salesperson I've worked with. He addressed each of my issues and took time to follow-up with other staff, including finance and management, with any concerns of mine. Together, we looked at all the options and management was very willing to offer a competitive bid. I look forward to working with Mr. Brooks in the future and will recommend others as well.

"Good people, good service. " Took my car in for what I felt was a serious electrical problem. Didn't have an appointment but it didn't matter to Ty, my service rep. It didn't take long to find the problem and fix it. They also told me about a few other issues. Usually I wouldn't pay too much attention to any mechanic telling me of other problems but this time they had photos. I like that. Made an appointment to get some of the work completed. Had to order parts.

"Great Service-Wonderful People" Right from the time you pull in the staff is checking all the essentials such as oil, other fluids, tire pressure etc...Beyond that they get it over to service for the reason the vehicle was brought in. They are friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and efficient.
