"My appt was kep on time, precise information re the problem " I learned what was wrong with my air conditioner and the service manager made sure that because they had to order a part and it would be several days until I could have my AC fixed, they would arrange for me to receive a loaner for 3 days while my car was fixed. I will pick my car up on Tuesday morning.
