This was my second visit to Ferman Chevrolet since the purchase of my a 2020 High Country Truck in February 2020. I was not satisfied with the sale then and throughly dissatisfied with the intake of my vehicle for warranty work on June 7, 2022 . The vehicle was taken between 10-10:30, At the close of the work day, I had not been contacted regarding the status of my vehicle. I came in minutes before closing and picked my vehicle up. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding the warranty work.

Been coming here for 2 years, the service agents that’s I’ve used have terrible customer service, they always have attitude and don’t really care about you or you vehicle, my most recent visit for tire rotation and oil change and another warranty fix my firearm was stolen out of my center console by someone in the shop, no one will own up too it, police report have been filed and I will never return to do business here, please save your self the trouble and go somewhere else

Probably the worst customer service care from any dealership I’ve ever worked with. They will lay out the red carpet for you when you’re wanting to lease or buy a vehicle but the second you’re done with that transaction they act like they have no time in the world to take calls or help you. Thank you for showing me I will never purchase or lease another vehicle through your dealership. I’ll be sure to spread my experience to everyone I know so they too can avoid this place

Need to improve customer service in the service department. Communication is an area that needs to dramatically improve along with the actual service of the car.

Truck came in dented .12 days to fix a quarter size dent.piss poor communication.wont be buying any more trucks at ferman.

Edit: Raul is great, but unfortunately the rest of my experience to date has been dismal. The service department is totally unhelpful. Merrick, and the service manager Brian have been equally as unhelpful. So I purchased a brand new truck from these guys in August, and the brakes have been squeaking since the day I drove it off the lot. I also purchased a $4000 extended warranty, so I brought my truck into the service department wondering why the brakes are squeaking so bad. I was specifically told the car I was interested in purchasing didn't have wheel damage. After driving 90 min to the dealer after work it was dark. I purchased the car and the next morning I noticed wheel damage. When I asked the salesman about it he referred me to a third party vendor (which I had to call myself) who specializes in wheel repair. I've yet to have him set up an appointment and I'm still waiting x 4 weeks with zero results. I'll never buy from this dealership again.
