Second vehicle I’ve purchased from Ferman. 100% satisfied both times. Jose “Lou” Bernier was the right salesman for me. Informed, efficient, personable. I highly recommend Lou. My daughter is in need of a new vehicle. When we go shopping, we will go see Lou first. Charlie Cox handled the details promptly and courteously. Charlie was on the team who sold me my first Silverado in 2005.
