Both, the service manager, Billy, Monteverde and service advisor. Neil Mendes are very helpful. Unfortunately, the problem with my radio is intermittent and I know that’s very difficult to diagnose. Unfortunately, I still have Radio issues but hopefully it can be repaired on the next visit when I bring it in for an oil change. Thank you again for all your excellent service.

I will give it an ok. Initially brought corvette for oil change and transmission filter change, they did oil change and left out the transmission filter change and said it was ready. Took another day to complete the task.

I have always been treated with respect and kindness at Ferman Chevrolet Tarpon Springs. This was my fifth vehicle purchased here and they all have been serviced here as well. My sales experience was very good and easy. My sales consultant, Joseph Kurzawski, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He really took the time to explain all the new features this 2024 Traverse has, it was very helpful. I highly recommend Joseph and will tell anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to contact him.
