This dealership is where I go to bring my older 2012 Chevrolet 4 x 4 Silverado. In general, their facility is clean and organized and they also have a small area for clients to wait or to grab a quick cup of coffee at their vending machine. The staff is very friendly and the service department easy to engage. The only comment I have a a critique is to improve a clients understanding of when their truck is first looked at and then potential repairs recommended. My 2016 Z06’s battery had died, and had to be jump-box started by AAA. Although I was not able to get to Ferman until late in the afternoon, the service department came through admirably, putting a new battery in without delay. I had thought I would most likely have to leave the vehicle overnight.
