Came in for an oil change. My service advisor was gone to lunch, but another service advisor assisted me. We went over my warranty information and found that service plan was not what I thought I had. However, the dealership worked with me as much as possible. The only issue that I have, is the service took longer than I expected for just an oil change. I don’t remember exactly how long but I believe it was over 2 hours. Otherwise, the facility was clean and well maintained and the wait was as comfortable as possible.
