I had a great service experience at Ferman Chevy Tarpon Springs! I have had a history of frustrating service visits at a nearby GMC dealer and decided to try somewhere new. Tom was a fantastic service advisor—he showed me the waiting area and its amenities, kept me updated throughout my visit, and had me out in just under an hour! Everyone in the service area and dealership was extremely friendly, the facility was clean and well-lit, and the service was impeccable. Great experience!
