Usually an excellent experience. Rob, the service rep, was on the ball as usual. I know the tech usually checks everything out, but after servicing my truck and taking a trip to Georgia the next day, the windshield wipers were very worn and didn't work well in a rainstorm. They should have been checked during the service. Other than that, everything was fine.
