From our first visit to Ferman Chevrolet to driving off the lot with our new truck we felt as though we receive A1 treatment. Our salesman Jim Allison was great to deal with. He went out of his way to answer all our questions, gave us printed information on our truck we were purchasing and show us all the options and how they worked. The finance manager was on the ball and helped us get financing better than what we were expecting, another reason why we would go back to for our next vehicle purchase. I worked with Matt Branstetter of the Collision Dept. It was a good experience if you can call having to fix an injured car a good thing. He was great. So was the truck afterwards.
