Jim Allison was very courteous and honest. He kept me informed about the status of the vehicle and was prompt. The finance manager was amazing and gave me a payment lower than I asked for.

Walked in looking for used truck, walked out with a 2021 Z71 that I could not say no too They are not you typical car dealership the best experience I ever had I will recommend Ferman Chevrolet Tarpon Springs to everybody

Ferman Chevrolet is definitely worthwhile if you are in search of a new vehicle. My husband and I had really bad experiences with other dealerships. Phil stepped up and worked his magic to get us into a 2017 Nissan Frontier with 28000 miles on it. Our credit was not worth speaking of! Thank you to all of you for your professionalism and taking the time to work with us. Check them out before you go anywhere else!

Service appointment easy to make. Tony Lang always kind, respectful, takes good care of what needs to be done. My stay there was not as long as usual. Of course, the safety practices are excellent there. Always a pleasant environment for a service waiting area. Clean, quiet!!

Nikki was great person to work answered all my question and drove out back so I could look at all my options inside and out. She is very out going and on her game. Franko was very nice explained extra options we had while signing the regular documents.
