Chevy Pick -up My 2016 Chevy Silverado went to Ferman Chevrolet for repair of possible electrical/computer problems. I thought the truck would be there for two or three days, but it took 2 1/2 weeks,. before they could diagnosed and repair the problem. I have brought my truck for all service work there, so I was amazed on the length of time. Ferman Service Dept. Is Top-Notch! I came into the service department for my usual routine service. Tony advised me that the front brakes needed replacing on my '15 Cruze. I was in and out in just under hours. I trust Ferman for every service that I have done!

Call center and service Need people in house answering phones.hard to understand your call center. Never fixed my problem and had to return to fix tire repair put tire on inside out.

Chill experience I came in knowing I had some negative equity. Rick and Kyle were able to find me a truck I was interested in with the best rebates to counter some of my trade in.

Great Service As Always Short wait to take Corvette In for routine maintenance. Check in was quick and painless. I could take Corvette to quick lube for service but feel more confident having the dealership perform the work.

Very pleased with our purchase of a used 2016 C7 Craig and Todd were easy to work with - we arranged most of our transaction over the phone and via text as we live just outside of Daytona Beach. After the transaction, when we experienced an issue with our new car, and given the distance to travel, both Craig and Todd worked with our local Chevy dealership to ensure that the problem was resolved to our satisfaction and covered under our Warranty.

My wonderful Silverado I have a 19 year old Silverado 1500 that I love to much to let him go. I took the truck in for a Used Car Check and I was very pleased to hear that outside of normal wear and tear, my truck is find. I purchased new tires from the dealer which were better quality for a lesser price.

Finally! Up front and honest salesman and associates helped us commit to leaving the lot with a car that same day. We poked our heads around other dealerships inevitably working with many other salesmen but this place and Kyle Barry by far exceeded our expectations. They were quick and much easier to work with in comparison to other dealerships we had been to the days and weeks prior. Happy with our decision.
