Prompt & Painless Experience I drove all the way from Miami with a specific used vehicle in mind. Sales representative Mark Laird stayed in touch with me over the week or so that it took me to schedule my visit. Great Service I was greeted immediately when I arrived. I was supposed to see Rob, but he was busy and I was early, Tom started my workup and I was sent to the waiting area and within 30 minutes my service was completed and I was on my way.

Ferman Chevy Service Department We brought our 2011 Chevy Equinox to Ferman Chevy of Tarpon Springs for a new wiper blade motor. The moment we arrived at the Servive Department, I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. Although Tony Lang had initially helped get the needed part ordered, Shannon Smith checked us in and made sure I had a safe ride home with a courtesy ride.
