The purchase of a new 2018 2500HD 4X4 High Country. Basically one word can discribe our experience with Ferman Chevrolet and with Luis Valentin the Guest Relations Manager who we worked with. My wife and i just purchase a 2018 2500HD 4x4 High Country April 13 and previously a new 2016 Z06 Corvette in July of 2015. A Freebie Service I brought my pre-owned certified Chevy in for its last free oil change, tire rotation, general inspection etc.Even though this service was free, from making the appointment, to the cars service completion was handled by professional, courteous, personnel. Even my salesman took time out to speak with me and make sure that all my expectations were taken care of. Even the service crew gave my car a nice washing.
