Hands-down Best Car Buying Experience My sales person, Rick Hicks, was fantastic. He hunted down the exact car I wanted (which was limited and hard to find) and had it delivered to the dealership in less than 2 days. His communication was excellent and he has stayed in constant contact with me even now nearly a month later to make sure I am satisfied and happy with my new car. Rick and this dealership have done such an excellent job I will not look anywhere else when I buy a new car for my wife next year.

Excellent experience Was in the market to purchase a decent truck. Found the selection to be alot better than most dealerships I had encountered. All the staff was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous! Would absolutely return and highly recommend anyone to experience how buying a vehicle should be.

Best dealer in Tampa Bay I'm just a regular guy buying cars. I love cars and I buy a lot of them. I've bought German cars as well as American but no Asian. Best Car Buying experience ever!!! Upon arrival they had everything ready to go and made me feel like a vip. There was no games and stress. I told Rick Hicks what I wanted to make the deal happen. Friendly, informative and comfortable As a single woman I never feel comfortable buying a car, until now. Everyone at Ferman was nice and helpful. Franco took extra time with me to be sure I felt good about the deal and he answered all my silly questions.
