Best Experience Ever This was the smoothest, easiest car busing experience ever, we ended up buying 2 cars!!! Friendly, clean and comfortable atmosphere, everyone was super nice too.
No pressure I came in to look at a used vehicle, and it was not everything I needed. Then I found the perfect new vehicle. There was no pressure on me to buy either vehicle. I like that. Bogi is a honest and friendly salesman.
Bogi goes the extra yard! We couldn't be more pleased with the communication, patience, willingness to deliver vehicle to an out of county buyer. And as an informed consumer armed with information, specifics that I was aware of that could have easily been exaggerated or sugar coated, weren't. Top notch customer service and overall experience I had a wonderful experience at Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon Springs. I really lucked out to get Bogi as my Sales Consultant. The best people to deal with, will never go anywhere else. Such a great group of people to work with. Everyone there took their time with us and made us feel comfortable, we never felt pressured at all. They went above and beyond to find the exact car that we wanted and gave us an AMAZING deal. Very Satisfied I am giving 5 stars mainly due to my experience with my sales person, Bogi Enkhtaivan. Bogi was completely honest, upfront, and I felt like he was actually there to help me find the best deal possible. Dealerships need more people like Bogi.

easiest car buying experience was referred to ferman by a co worker and the salesman and finance guy did an awesome job. salesman did all the leg work, searching for a car that would fit my budget and helping to get financing for someone who doesn't have good credit. I would recommend ferman to anyone.
