I came into Ferman a little concerned my wife and I had jus retired to Florida and are moving expenses and first 6 months of living here were more than we could have ever expected. So because of that we fell a little behind on some bills, but after speaking with Liz and Bill in finance they were able to look at our 7 year payment history with Chrysler and a shored me we would be fine. Scott was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and just a good guy to talk to. My only concern with the dealership was the salesmen in the lobby. I don't need to know who was a "xxxxxxxx f......ing stuff up.. we are Army I get the language but I don't want to hear it while being in the lobby.
