I enjoy coming here for my servicing. Everyone is friendly and professional and my Jeep is always good afterwards. While I'm sitting in the customer area I say hi to all the staff that walks by and some of them stop for a minute to chat. Altogether a good experience.

Holy smokes…I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Ferman of New Port Richey. I was greeted from the start with a smiling face and that energy lasted till I walked out with the keys to my truck. From the Sales Staff to the Management Staff and the Service Manager who spoke to me and took the time to explained the inspection and service that was performed. Such an amazing experience.

Excellent customer service! The intentions was to just see what a specific vehicle looked like. But once Joseph approached us in his jovial manner and explained the features and benefits of owning the vehicle, I was then leaning more into purchasing. Joseph’s knowledge of the product was very informative which made my decision easier.

I can’t say enough good things about Tina (sales) and Scott (finance). I waited for my vehicle for approximately 7 weeks while it was being made to what I wanted. Tina always kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle and was very pleasant to deal with. Scott was very open and explained everything in finance. They have an amazing team there. Highly recommend
