Quick and easy- Courtney was helpful and prompt in responding to My questions. I would Most likely return in the future. Car had water spots which they could have wiped pff after doing water test but not a big issue.

I always take my car to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for repairs and maintenance. Steve is a wonderful customer service person. No matter the problem he always assured me that it'll be taken care of. The only thing that was not done was resetting my notification for a oil change. With that being said that is just a little thing but you must watch out because if you don’t do the little things are you doing the big things. And I can’t remember the guys name who help me , the service associate.
