I have had some issues with this vehicle and I’ve felt with other service writers but I’ve always been able to go trust Steve to get me in and out as quick as possible. He also keeps me posted on the progress of the repairs. Good job!

It was a the 12th visit for the same issue over 2 years. A faulty display screen/computer. The dealer service depts are “trying” but the unit, or design, is flawed! But for this visit , all that was done over a 2-3 hr time span was to turn on logging. To be fair, dealership had to contact FCA - but given 11 previous visits. Thus should’ve been done 8-10 visits ago.
