Everything is pretty strait forward at Ferman. They don't play any games, and it has paid off. They have been in business since 1895. It seems to me that in order to be in business that long you have to be honest and take care of your customers.

They are nice. Worked with us on what we wanted to pay. We got the car on Thursday and by Monday the air conditioning went out. The car was driven home Thursday to work on Friday not driven over the weekend Monday no air.
