Joseph Vega was extremely helpful in helping my wife and I pick a vehicle. He understood we may not have bought a vehicle and even still he didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time and he didn't make us feel pressured to buy. He also played devils advocate towards every vehicle ensuring the decision was all ours and not one he steered us to for a commission.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Ferman. My agent, Mirriah Cover was very knowledgeable and efficient. The process took longer than expected, but I forgot, from being from Maryland, it would be harder to find a 4x4 in Florida. I love the car and I named her sunshine.

Transmission problems, nope something else My first visit to this dealership. The service rep (I think his name is Brandon), was polite and helpful. Since my vehicle was to in the shop for some hours he suggested their shuttle. The shuttle driver was also polite. The bad news; I needed 4 new motor/trans mounts. The good news; there is a 2 year warranty on the parts.

I showed up later than I meant to, still well before close, they stayed late to make a sale with no issues. I was highly impressed with Matt. I didn’t like the financing options I was presented with, not the explanation. I chose to purchase the vehicle anyways. The justification of a higher interest rate to protect the owner at Perry poorly with me. I had not planned on purchasing that day. Dana called last week for paint job. She was extremely nice. Only took a couple of days and finished job looks perfect. Very satisfied with job.

Overall, as good of an experience as buying a car can be. We don’t do it often since it tends to be an all day affair. More back and forth than I would have liked. We tried to be very clear about our needs/expectations. Ultimately I felt we have more than I would have liked, hopeful that the new van will last as long as our last.
