First time Ferman service first time I ever had service done by Ferman on my Grand Cherokee. I called made an appointment with Xavier in the Service Dept.. needed a thermostat replacement wait time was reasonably short , Xavier kept me informed throughout the repair process. Repair cost was reasonable service was excellent. Consistently doing his best My service advisor has been striving to solve 2 issues that have plagued my vehicle from day 1. Chaotic behavior of my large screen display (computer issues requiring multiple updates) and a power train minor "shift" upon coming to a stop or letting off the gas. Both have been daunting, but my service advisor has worked very hard to solve both.
