My mother-in-law (Mary) and her husband (no longer with us) previously purchased their Ram 1500 from Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Their previous purchase was challenging due to financial issues which she and her husband were subjected to by no fault of their own. With the passing of her husband, the higher payment has been presenting an extra challenge. Had a great experience dealing with William. The only thing I would say about the whole experience would be at the end of the day, they came back with a VERY high interest rate, even though my wife and I have VERY high credit score... We did not go in that day with the intention to buy a truck that day. As the process wound down, it seemed like everything was falling into place.
