Mike along with the New car Manager were awesome and very efficient with getting our trade-in and new purchase deal streamlined along with getting us on our way quickly. About 15 mins of negotiations and the rest was seamless ! This is my wife's 2nd Durango purchase in a row from Ferman, and we will back when it's time for another one!
