Painless Process I researched the truck I wanted on the website and confirmed it was available via email. When I arrived, they had the truck ready for a test drive. I had credit union pricing and financing secured ahead of time so it was just a matter of paperwork. I was driving off the lot after about 3 hours. I would have preferred less than a 2 hour turnaround and I was not willing to fill out the credit app that was presented but overall not as painful as previous experiences.

not attentive left access panel to the break fluid reservoir off which was lying lose under the hood, also tightened the lug nuts with a impact wrench and standard impact socket and I had to use a 2 foot breaker bar to get them lose (supposed to use a torque socket when using an impact wrench ) This review has nothing to do with the service rep Jason, he has always done a great job for us

Good Exoerience I did not have a plan to buy when I came in. Kyle did an excellent job of finding the vehicle I described.. he allowed me to drive it and others to compare. Don’t know Mark Goode. Didn’t meet him and wouldn’t know him
