Neil was great to work with answered any questions I had and was on point and very professional. We had to have a mirror replaced when we made the deal so Neil kept up with communication and letting me know when the part was in and when we could schedule a time to come get it changed out also there was an issue with the brakes and I let him know and he was on it as well asked me if I could leave the car over the weekend so they can thoroughly go over it and fix what was wrong he wanted it done right and it was I really appre... read more

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of New Port Richey for my car purchase. I had found several Jeep Wranglers listed for sale online and reached out to the dealerships to make sure they were still available. I went to 3 dealerships including yours I came to yours to check out a used jeep. Dylan professionally showed me the used jeep. I then asked to see a new jeep Dylan was amazing and new all the features of both keeps very well.i bought the jeep at your dealership because of the excellent no pressure service Dylan provided. I am pleased to have found Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of New Port Richey to be a well run business. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and wanting to give us any assistance needed. Our salesman, Frank, was so very kind as we waded through paperwork and changing out our belongings from our trade in. The business manager found use excellent financing as well.
