Five star experience with Ferman! This was my first time buying a car through Ferman and I'm very pleased. The salesman Tarek was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff! I worked with Jonathan, Robert and Albert. All of them provided excellent customer service, were responsive and were very knowledgeable. The entire process felt well managed and very efficient. I did not feel like I was going back and forth through several layers of sales people.
