Good experience I purchased my new car from Tarek and it was a good experience. He was friendly and very informative. The vehicle is beautiful and just what I was looking for my family. I had some issue with one of the tires couple of days later that one of the service person was very nonchalant about but after I insisted that I didn’t want to drive to Orlando with a nail in my tire they took care of it.

Urgent hurry My blower motor stopped working. I was originally going to get a ride home from the courtesy car, but after talking to my service rep and letting him know that a family member had an important medical appointment I was asked to wait and left with my car fixed within the hour. That appointment turned into an ER visit and, with my blower working and car windows free of fog, we returned safely at 3am the next morning. So grateful to everyone!

Amazing, helpful, and caring staff! The staff here is patient and caring! They help you feel comfortable with your decision and are not pushy, but supportive. They went above and beyond for me when it came to helping with my financing and maintained wonderful communication during the process! I can’t thank them enough for a better car buying experience than I could have ever hoped for! Robert & Johnathan Widing are absolutely amazing and I will continue to come back for my car needs due to the impact they had on my visit.

Oil change and extended warranty issue My oil change every 3000 miles no problem as usual, my AC fan was not operating, changed out on extended warranty for the deductible. Great work again by the service department at Ferman New Port Richey. I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler and my wife has a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, both purchased new at Ferman. There is never an issue at our dealership, a great staff and a pleasure to interface with them. Thanks Mike!
