I called ahead about a specific vehicle I was purchasing as a gift for my son. I made an appointment because I knew I did not have a lot of time. Steven, the sales guy, was ready and waiting for us with the vehicle on stand by for test drive when we arrived. There was a little rattle (that he noticed).
