From the minute we walked onto the lot we were greeted immediately by Fernando. We told him what we were looking for color style and year. He showed us a few options. We decided to test drive and made the decision to purchase. He guided us through the process very professionally. He did a great job considering he was one of the newer sales associates. Once we finished with that step the finance manager Scott helped us navigate all the paperwork. Everything was a smooth process.

Looked online at the jeep I was interested in, received a call within 15 minutes, estimated quote(s) within the hour (negotiated for a price that within my means), appointment scheduled by Mark and met with Joseph same day! Vehicle was ready to test drive upon arrival, Joseph did a great job explaining the vehicle (Bluetooth sync as well) and left with the vehicle before 8:00 PM
