Did most of the work over the phone. When i made the trip to the dealer everything was the same. No Games, No up charing, No anything extra to make a buck. They were awesome, especially Tina. She was so helpful and honest. I would buy from here again in the future......

Lizzy Lam was an awesome salesperson. She sold us our 22 Ram and she assisted me in building my Durango Hellcat. She kept me posted on the status on the vehicle; from order acceptance, production and inspection. Scott was incredible in explaining what the additional protection plan covers, what it doesn’t and the advantages in having it.

My family has bought 5 cars from Ferman in NPR. Overall, the experience has been good. Leading up to my visit, the communication was very good. I did receive a few emails about buying a car for a few days after I actually bought a car. Kind of annoying to receive so many emails after the purchase was complete.
