Unlike other dealerships the Ferman sales staff is willing to go the extra 120% to make sure the customer is taken of. Tina answered my questions and suggested a similar model for my comparison letting us make the choice on the vehicle. The repair shop employees discovered the passenger side glass cracked at the bottom above window ledge. The repair was completed the next day. The customer care that Ferman employees showed was more than I had received from the non Ferman dealerships.
