What it should be like! When we purchased my wife a new Charger this February, Kathy Meyers was our sales person and is great to work with; no pressure and very accommodating! Kathy was is also wise enough to know when she did not have the answers to my questions, she found someone who did. i.e. I had a couple mechanical question about the 2019 Charger. Everyone was just so helpful Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee at this dealership and have always taken it here for repairs . staff is right on point and get the job done in a timely manner. Pretty soon I'll be looking for a newer Jeep and I won't shop any where else

Best Dealership Service Experience in Years I needed an extended warranty replacement of my stock radio. Bill at Ferman took exceptional care of me. One visit to diagnose the problem, another quick visit to install the new radio after it arrived. Thanks!! Also, very considerate and supportive of masking in light of the COVID-19 crisis.
