Fast, Friendly, and No Back and Forth! Pat Sacca went out of his way to find the right vehicle for my family and made sure my whole family was comfortable throughout the process while social distancing and taking extra precautions from start to finish. Great Service Service Rep was Brian Guest. Brain did an exceptional job explaining things needed for my vehicle since i had just past the 36,000 mileage mark. It needed some items to be sure it continues to perform as I expect it to do for some time to come.

As always GREAT service Top notch service, Anthony Cagley always gets me checked in quickly and on my way in no time, he is excellent at communicating any issues and getting them taking care of for me. The guys who do the work also deserve credit too. The team always gets my work done when promised and gives excellent recommendations regarding any issues. Keep up the excellent work!

Exceptional Customer Service! I was stranded with a car issue. I spoke to Bob Cooper who immediately calmed down my stress and let me know Ferman would take care of me and you did. Thank you, Bob! Great experience as a first time Ferman customer. Even with the pandemic going on, they made the transaction as quick and seamless as possible. Everyone from sales to finance was courteous, professional and fun. Just waiting for the custom items to be installed and can’t wait to drive my new Ram.
