Amazing! My experience with this dealer started online. From the start the staff were amazing. Fast, informative responses to my online questions. The facility is huge with a great selection of cars. The sales and finance staff are friendly, encourage questions, and don't try to pressure. I recommend everyone shop at this dealership and ask for the amazing Amanda Alvarez.

Excellent as always. Terry is the best car salesman that I have done business with in over three decades and multiple car purchases. I have bought five cars from Ferman just in the last three years; four of them because Terry was the salesman. Being a career military man, I appreciated his "no bull" approach. AWESOME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I couldn't believe how quickly that I was in and out of the dealership. I called ahead to Gentleman Jim and he prepared all my paperwork to help get me in and really fast. Everyone was very courteous and I really enjoyed the lounge area with the donuts and soda. I appreciate people that consider my time valuable and everyone I dealt with made me feel as if I was their number one priority. Thanks again and my wife loved her 40th birthday present.

Excellent Buying Experience I reviewed there inventory online prior to going in person. My salesperson, Ken Gilliam, was professional and knowledgeable. He made the process quick and easy by walking me through every step of it. This was a good buying experience.

Best experience ever! Looked online at inventory and found the car I was interested in prior to my visit. Sent an inquiry and "Gentleman Jim" Zabel reached out and immediately set up a VIP appointment. Had the vehicle ready to test drive and made the entire buying experience so flawless and simple. My 10 year old son even commented on how awesome the process was handled. Everything was straight forward and I left VERY pleased. Have already referred others to stop by and see "Gentleman Jim"... He was the BEST!
