I had an issue that was direct from the factory. Although it was addressed by a dealership out-of-town while I was traveling, Ferman took my vehicle in and checked/addressed a couple of issues and got my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Plus, I was given a detail and a tank of gas, just for my trouble! These issues had nothing to do with Ferman, but they wanted to make sure that I was happy with my new vehicle. You don't get that from just any dealership.

In fact, when I called to make an appointment to have my car’s oil changed for the first time, I was happy because I found an appointment soon, and when I arrived at the dealership, there was a good reception. I did not wait for a long time and they told me it was ready. Thank you for the reception and the fast service
