Anthony greeted me with a very friendly good morning. After asking me if I required anything other than the service I requested, he showed me where the lounge, coffee and snacks were. After an hour or so Anthony came to see me and informed me of some suggested items that should be serviced. I agreed and the service was completed much faster than I expected.
