My intuition red flags went off and was able to returned home to Ferman who got the matter correctly diagnosed and resolve at no change. That's how you win repeat customers!

RecommendedUsed to use another dealer that's a bit south (who shall remain nameless) for my previous Ford but after they tried to charge me for major engine repairs that turned out to be nothing more than a loose oil filter, I switched to Ferman. They've proven to be straight shooters and while they recommend service by the book, they never push when you tell them 'no' if you can't afford it at the time. Highly recommended.
