The service advisors were very knowledgable and coordinated with the warranty dept on my behalf. My vehicle was in service for 2 weeks with a major repair and I received a rental car while it was being repaired. They were very courteous and and kept me informed of my repair progress. I drive an additional hour to have my vehicle serviced at Ferman because of the level of service and knowledge of the technicians. My vehicle was cleaned and waiting for me when I picked it up. I highly recommend Ferman Volvo.
