Very fast service 1 hour. Service writers are great. Are very helpful and take the time to explain what the problem was and what was done to repair it.

Everyone was as helpful as possible but they were unable to find the cause of the droning coming from the car at 20-40 MPH. The noise was most noticable early in the day. Even when I left the car for a week they were unable to find the noise. I traded the car within 2 months of purchase for another brand.

Great people and great service is what you get at Ferman Volvo, period. I had a leaking tire, and I was going to have someone pick me up while Volvo worked on it...but they had repaired it and brought it up to me, ready to go, lickity-split. Cheers to you all!
