Love the people in service. Very helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and cordial. I would have given a 5 star review but I find the pricing needs to be looked at to be more in line with other Volvo Dealerships. Also tire pricing is significantly higher than most places.

I've always been pleased with service/staff at Ferman Volvo but the 3% charge for credit card processing was very disappointing. I expect to pay more at the dealership, but I will now consider other options. I'm not sure if they are still doing car washes upon delivery of vehicle, but this was missed. Furthermore, I inquired about vehicles on the lot and both sales members were from the dealership next door and couldn't answer my questions. First disappointing visit.
