"The website made it so much easier, especially..." The website made it so much easier, especially considering COVID. Being able to submit an offer online and negotiate electronically was great. When I went back in, I was in and out to sign papers and pick up the car. Lorenzo and Chris were great to work with. And I didn’t catch his name but the finance guy in the Chevy dealership where I signed the papers was great too. And Lorenzo even drove the car to my house because I still had my previous car. Thanks!
