The dealership was extremely helpful and accommodating. When we couldn't make it to the dealership to test drive and complete our purchase, they arranged to bring the car to our house, let us drive it, and brought a separate driver to pick up the salesman once we completed the paperwork. If we had decided not to purchase, they were prepared to take the car back to the dealership - no questions asked! Can't say enough good things about Ferman Volvo.
