We had a total loss of both vehicles due to back to back hurricanes. I contacted Jason Hoffman who was very understanding about the situation and was kind and courteous and applied no pressure to make a sale. He simply said call me when you’re ready. We did and worked with him to choose a vehicle and complete as much of the paperwork as we could before our appointment.
