James Baker is truly outstanding! He was very polite and professional during our interaction. Even though I took a lot of his time, he didn't seem to mind at all. He took the time to explain the details of the XC90 to me, in which I found extremely helpful. He also reminded me several times that he was available to answer any future questions I might have.
